Manager Foundation Syllabus

Ideal for specialists transitioning to the role of people manager for the first time or those who’d like a refresher on the critical soft skills managers need.

Each week includes:
‍- 20 minute pre-read
- 90 minute interactive sessions
- 20 minute go-do assignment

- Reflect on the shift in accountability

  • No minimum company participation requirement - 1 manager can join solo or bring a work bestie :)
